Our Shariah Auditors have extensive experience in global Islamic finance practice, advising Islamic banks, financial institutions and businesses on a wide range of Shariah-compliant transactions in the areas of syndicated finance, project finance, asset-backed structured finance. Our Auditors have significant experience in Sukuk structures, trade finance and real estate transactions. Our Lead auditor, Mr Rahman, is a Certified Shari’a Adviser and Auditor (CSAA) of AAOIFI, Bahrain. He has more than ten years of global Islamic finance practice. He is also a member of the English Bar and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
