Because your account is provisioned directly by our corporate administrators, our mobile application does not feature open registration pipelines. We process the following information required to deliver our professional services:

- Financial & Tax Records: Uploaded financial files, digital income/expense data, invoices, and accounting documents necessary to fulfill our business contract.

3. Purpose of Data Processing & Infrastructure
We use your data solely to:
- Verify your identity via our secure one-time invite token loop.
- Provide, update, and manage your company’s accounting, tax, and bookkeeping files.
- Ensure strict digital security and prevent unauthorized access to corporate financial portals.
All captured records are transmitted securely via encrypted protocols and synced directly to our dedicated API layer located at https://mtdapps.co.uk.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell, trade, or rent client personal or financial information to third parties. Data is processed strictly within our secure server infrastructure and trusted backend subprocessors, including Google Firebase, which handles secure multi-factor user authentication and encrypted cloud storage.

We recognize your right to control your data.Please note that as a regulated provider managing financial data, MTD Apps LTD and Ashraf & Co maintain historical client accounting documents and tax records in strict accordance with UK statutory retention periods and regional tax compliance laws. Account records cannot be wiped instantaneously if they conflict with mandatory legal financial auditing and anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks.
